November Cozy Yoga and Soundbath
It’s time to prepare to hibernate, and Julia and Julia are here to help you do just that. Come for a cozy, stretchy yin yoga based practice followed by a vibrational soundbath experience that uses soundwaves to cleanse your inner spaces, so that you can enter late fall and winter with a calm outlook and relaxed body. Afterwards, we will come together for a shared vegetarian meal and some beautiful community time.

Buti Yoga Workshop
Buti Yoga is a high energy, dynamic yoga-based class with lots of moving, bouncing, spiraling, deep core work and cathartic release. We’ll start with some basics and flow into an hour-long class. Try out a variety of free, fun Yoga and Qi Gong Classes! Located at Oberstadt 5 in Schriesheim, 30 minute mini movement classes will be ongoing all day. Restorative Yoga
Join me in studio or online for 90 minutes of pure surrender. Gather your pillows and blankets to cradle you in luscious yoga poses that open your body and stimulate physical and energetic stress release.
This event is FREE if you have never practiced with me before. Otherwise, it is $12 or 10 euros, depending where you are. The class will start at 6 pm Central European Time or 12 pm Eastern Standard Time.
