Classes are located in my little studio in Schriesheim, except for Monday night classes, which are located in Heidelberg at Yoga Bliss and Pilates Studio.
Please note: Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a class or personal training session; otherwise, you will be charged for the class/session.

Monday

Intense class at the ballet barre that builds sleek, long muscles. Combines elements of ballet, pilates and yoga to improve balance, posture, flexibility, mobility and strength. Small, pulsing movements create an intense burn that sculpts the whole body. (60-75 minutes)

Midlife Movement Magic 16:30
This dynamic class is a fitness experience designed for women in the shift of perimenopause and menopause. It combines rebounding, strength training, Pilates, and pelvic floor work to help you build real strength, rediscover joy in movement, and feel deeply at home in your body again. The benefits are many: improved bone density, lymphatic drainage, flexibility and joint mobility, muscle strength, balance, cardiovascular fitness, strong core, nervous system regulation, better posture, and on and on and on. Through our method and our community, you’re not just exercising—you’re reclaiming your power. (60 minutes)

Wednesday
Buti Yoga Flow 19:30 (currently on hold)
Shakti & Shiva come together in a music driven class that combines power & release in one creative, transformative hour. A low impact flow that includes all that you love about Buti and Deep - leaving out much of the high impact movements and adding in self-massage and intense deep core/pelvic floor work. More meditative but equally energizing. (60 minutes)
Thursday
Deep 19:30 (currently on hold)
A low-impact, yoga-based, restorative movement flow with that utilizes physical touch and micro-movements to connect mind to muscle and restructure the deep core and pelvic floor. Self-massage and pressure point activation segments release muscles during deep restorative asanas.
Friday
Vinyasa Yoga 9:30
Flowing, classical yoga asanas, connected with breath, bringing your attention away from the buzz of the outside world and into your inner, energetic body - this is the content of this class. Strengthening, stretching, expanding, contracting - energetic transformation in 75 minutes. (75-90 minutes)

Sunday
Restorative Yoga, one Sunday a month, TBA monthly, 18:00
A restful, very slow-paced class that consists of resting in yoga poses for up to 5 minutes while being completely supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets. This delicious class allows the body to deeply relax and calms the nervous system. Classes are normally scheduled on the last Sunday of every month. (90 minutes) Next Class is TBA, 18:00-19:30 - Cost is 15 euros
Prices and Scheduling.
Starting January 2024, payments will be organized in blocks of 5-7 weeks, with each class in the block costing 12.50 euros. HIIT is an exception; it always costs 5 euros. If you want to drop in to a class other than HIIT, the cost is 15 euros. The next block is June 3-July 28, 2024, and the cost for this block is 100 euros. Personal Training.
Let me create a personal yoga or fitness class for you, focusing on your unique goals and needs. After a discussion to determine which direction your sessions with me will initially take, I will prepare a new plan for every session, taking into account any new ideas/discoveries our previous sessions have revealed. Hands-on adjustments and massage will help you get the most out of every movement. Meditation and Breathwork are also included in every session to bring your energy away from the outside world and into your body. Contact me for scheduling and pricing.
