Pricing Info:

Early Bird: 745€ shared double room (please make sure you have a room mate!)/975€ single room - the Early Bird rate must be paid in full by December 1, 2024

Standard: 795€ shared double room (please make sure you have a room mate!)/1025€ single room - The Standard Rate must be paid in full by February 1, 2025. Installment payments are available for this rate, with half of the payment due January 1, 2025 and the remainder due February 1, 2025.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable after February 1, 2025. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances.
