Leaving Covid Behind Flow
This is a simple, slow, no-inversions flow that I made when I was recovering from Covid. It's a good movement practice to use when you've been ill but are starting to feel ready to move a little bit in a gentle way. It incorporates flowy movement, a little shaking, bouncing and tapping, self-massage and chest opening. A good one for seeing the light at the end of the head-cold tunnel.
